Not long ago, I had the privilege to meet Carlos Santos—a local roofing professional whose pride in his work is matched only by the quality of craftsmanship he delivers. Carlos is the kind of man you'd want on the roof of your home—genuine, hardworking, and committed to doing things right. “Carlos often says, ‘It’s my name.’ He understands a good name isn’t given—it’s earned.”
But when I looked at his website, something didn’t sit right. Technically, it was functional—but so painfully generic. Aside from a handful of photos, you’d never know the skill and care he brings to each job, or the kind of person you're dealing with. That disconnect stuck with me.

In June of 2025, I hired Carlos to install a new roof on my home, which was built in 1886, and to remove two old, unused chimneys—that's 5,200 square feet of roof.
